To qualify for a refill, at least 50% of your original eyelash extensions must still be in good condition. For the best results and lash longevity, we recommend booking your refill appointment within 2 to 3 weeks after your initial application.
In line with our commitment to lash health and hygiene, we advise a maximum of one refill before a fresh full set is applied. For clients with extensions applied elsewhere, a separate removal service will be required prior to the refill.

When applied correctly by a trained professional using the right weight and technique, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. The problem arises when extensions are too heavy for your natural lash, applied too close to the lid, or not maintained properly — causing stress, breakage, or premature lash loss. With proper aftercare and regular refills (every 2 to 4 weeks), your natural lashes remain healthy throughout.
How long do Carragheen eyelash extensions last?
Each extension lasts until the natural lash it is bonded to sheds, which can be 1 to 2 months depending on your lash cycle. Since we naturally shed 1 to 5 lashes per day, you will notice gradual thinning over 4 to 6 weeks. To maintain a full and even look, a refill session every 2 to 4 weeks is recommended. Singapore's humidity and oilier skin types can slightly shorten retention, which is why our aftercare guidance and use of a sealing coat are particularly important here.

What lash style should I choose for my eye shape?
Our therapists take into account your eye shape, natural lash condition, and personal preference before recommending a design. For example, a cat-eye or winged effect creates a lifted look for downturned or smaller eyes, while a doll-eye style with longer lashes at the centre opens up and rounds the eye. We offer lengths from 6mm to 15mm in various curls and thicknesses. Every set is customised — never the same for two customers — to ensure the result looks natural and flattering for your features.
What should I avoid after getting eyelash extensions?
For the first 24 hours, avoid water, steam, saunas, and swimming to allow the adhesive to fully bond. After that, keep your lashes clean with a dedicated lash shampoo and microswabs (avoid oil-based products near the lash line as these break down the adhesive). Do not use eyelash curlers on extensions, and avoid rubbing or tugging at any time.
